Yeah, it's Group 2 people. Forget them and confidently walk through.
Why you asking google about that?
This the best advice.... because after 8 months...until now is the same... great location good service...but not great food
Calling them might be easier to get one.
It is an airport, so prices will always be a bit inflated but the food is absolutely delicious. Ordering and reordering is all done through a tablet. You can choose when to pay and when to close your tab so you can hurry in and hurry out. Service is fast and friendly.
Fast service, very friendly and helpful staff. The shrimp and squid salad was delicious! I also appreciate the sustainable packaging.
Sat down 20 minutes before boarding to have a sandwich. Ordered via the touch screen panels on the tables. They charged my card but never received any food. Told the staff that my flight is boarding and to cancel my charge. The charge was not cancelled and when I landed at my destination I had to inform my credit card company the situation.
I tried the Crawfish etouffee, which was fairly tasty. I also had the gumbo, which unfortunately was very salty. Overall, good experience with friendly staff.
Delightful change from what you might expect from "Airport Food". Service was pretty quick but not as fast as burger-chain's. I had some sashimi and spring rolls. Very tasty!
Very Good pizza, but so expansive.
Great little place at the airport. Food was fast, good selection of beers, prices are high but it's an airport.
Not a bad place to get breakfast. Service is a bit slow though, and the food isn't the freshest. Prices are a bit high too, but their menu and atmosphere is nice.
Hey, pretty good Vietnamese Cajun fusion. Definitely liked the large salad with the bahn mi.
First visit here in early Dec '19 wasn't so good. Food was fine but service was lacking ... lack of attentiveness by servers, lack of napkin, lack of flatware. HOWEVER, I just love to change my opinion for the better when I give a restaurant a second chance! Service was much better today, food (same dish as last time -- pork and noodles) was great, choices for draft beers was pretty good. Prices are high because it's located in IAH, so it is understandable. Good job, Bam-Bam!
The whole experience was a total surprise for an airport restaurant! Great service and the food was exceptional! The food was freah, hot, and oh so delicious!
Surprisingly enjoyable airport food. Good flavor, ingredients and portions. Decent service.
I have eaten here many times and the service is hit and miss, for the price they charge, it should be up to par of other fine dinning places. Today, I had no greeting , no one asked if I need anything else. They expect 18% tip? The default setting on the pad was 18%. They are not busy. A 60$ lunch for one person should have a better service. I would try somewhere else for the price.
Eat here at your own risk. The food looks really pretty but the oysters were bad. This place is a health hazard and should not be serving raw seafood.
This restaurant is in the C concourse at the Houston airport. The electronic menu and ordering system took more effort than it saved and was awkward. You have to swipe your credit card before your order will be sent to the kitchen. This place is way over priced! The customer has to do all the work to enter the order and process the payment but the still expected a full tip. The wait staff only bring your food and drinks. I ordered the seafood gumbo for $7+ with cornbread for $1.50. Most entries were $22+. The food was very good but there gumbo came in a small bowl and no bitter was provided for the cornbread. On a positive note, once I paid for the order, the food came quickly. I will avoid this place in the future unless I am again stuck in this concourse with limited time.
Decent place to eat but extremely overpriced. We ordered 2-bbq pork bun mi, shrimp spring rolls, fried egg rolls and a glass of wine. Spent over 80$ with default 16% tip. The customer service was excellent. The bun mi was excellent. The fried egg rolls were mini but decent in flavor. The spring roll was a complete fail and disappointment. It arrived looking like a year 4 old rolled it. And the filling/flavor was a fail due the hard refrigerated day old noodle fill. The point of a good spring roll is too have fresh ingredients, specifically fresh noodles. Spring rolls should NEVER contain hard, cold, clumpy day old noodles. Management ought to correct this. The sauce though was good. I gave this place an overall 3 star since everything else was good.
Sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich is very good, and make sure to try the potatoes that come with them. Chicken fried rice was very good as well. Service was helpful and nice. Highly recommend
This place is a good choice for something a little different if you're getting tired of big American meals. Nice mix of flavors and a funky online tablet based ordering system. Quick and helpful staff. Wide range of drinks available but no Sake! Bit pricey but quality meals deserve it. If you're from Sydney it's cheap!
Almost missed my flight for a 55 dollar cheese burger, fries, and a drink I never recieved, but was charged for.I disputed the charge with the credit card company for months because of course, as you can see, they have no phone number or website listed. Who would have thought. Place is a rip off. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They literally stole money from me. And yes, they said they'd refund the 55 dollars for the food I never received. That was a complete lie. Not to mention 55 dollars for a burger, fries and a drink. I even paid a tip in advance for food I didn't get.GARBAGE!
After two week vaca in Chile I miss Vietnamese food so much. I had a lay over here and found this god sent restaurant. I didnt expect much when I order a pho bowl. But man, they surprised me. It was so fast and tasted amazing. I couldn’t be happier. And I also found out I can pay with my United mileage which I never thought I could use on anything. So it was free ... kind of. Made my day 😍
Great place for healthy meal in Term C (near gate C6)
Nice place, good food really friendly service.
Great food with a convenient, fast way to order. I especially liked the Texas Craft beer.
Food was great, awesome sushi and sashimi menu. Tons of local beers on tap. And you can pay with miles, how cool is that.
Quick service and good food. Perfect fix for a airport stop especially if you want a warm meal that's not a sandwich. The pho had a nice broth - surprised for airport food, but nonetheless, overall a good experience.
Not sure how you would go about getting to this place if you aren't flying but I loved it. The most unique thing I had was oyster nachos. Highly recommend trying Bam Bam to anyone passing by.
Waitress was nice... Helpful.. food was good ... And priced as if your in an airport.. l do like that you can charge your phone while seated... And they plenty of seating throughout the terminal
Easy ordering, friendly service, and the food was good. This is a great stop while passing through.
Yum. Fun to have sushi at the airport, but the fish is just okay, and it's airport pricing.
Pretty good small plates menu. Love love the corn.
